Savannah is a small city with a wonderful preserved heritage. The old homes, 23 park squares (remember Forrest Gump?), and of course, Forsyth Park. We will find subjects in the quaint charm of the city at the peak season for the city's abundance of azaleas.
Those beautiful azaleas make side trips to Savannah's most beautiful cemeteries a must. Also, we will make an excursion to the oldest standing structure in Savannah, the tabby ruins at Wormsloe State Park to photograph the Spanish moss hanging on the live oaks.
The focus of this workshop is on the art of seeing, lens selection to emphasize subjects and composition.
Transportation will be by city bus or self driving.
This 3-day workshop will surround you with the beauty that is historic, colorful Savannah.
